Chanel seeks a Supply Chain Performance Assistant (apprenticeship) in Paris for Parfums Beauté Europe — start Nov 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the regional supply chain performance function for Parfums Beauté Europe by collecting, validating and consolidating KPIs and operational data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports to monitor service levels, inventory, lead times and supplier performance.
- Perform ad hoc data analysis to identify root causes of operational variances and quantify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to cross‑functional projects with demand planning, logistics, warehouse operations and procurement to implement performance improvement actions.
- Automate routine reporting processes and maintain data integrity across source systems.
- Prepare materials for monthly performance reviews and present findings to stakeholders when required.
- Assist in defining and tracking corrective action plans and follow up on implementation status.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field (apprenticeship/alternance track).
- Strong analytical mindset with rigorous attention to data quality and detail.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to liaise with cross‑functional and multinational teams.
- Proactive, structured approach with a continuous improvement orientation and comfort working in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or project experience in supply chain, logistics or operations is preferred; hands‑on exposure to performance reporting, dashboarding or process improvement projects is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme (Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or equivalent) with eligibility for alternance/apprenticeship.
