Role & Responsibilities

• Manage daily upstream and downstream transportation operations to and from boutiques across France in coordination with distribution centres, transport partners, and internal teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, business priorities, and luxury sector quality standards
• Identify, propose, and implement bespoke transport solutions aligned with internal team requirements, considering criticality levels, operational constraints, cost implications, and end-client experience
• Analyse transport performance indicators across the assigned perimeter to identify improvement opportunities, strengthen operational tracking reliability, and contribute to continuous process optimisation
• Support the formalisation of team operating procedures, including drafting standard operating procedures, creating quick-reference guides, updating operational materials, and documenting best practices
• Develop progressive knowledge of transport challenges across the Fashion division in France and Europe, bridging operational excellence, responsiveness, and service delivery to business teams

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and anticipatory skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated experience in managing and monitoring international transport operations
• Customer-centric mindset, serving both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS) is advantageous
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both English and French
