Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily supply chain operations including inventory monitoring, stock reconciliation and cycle-count assistance.
  • Assist with purchase order tracking and supplier follow-up to ensure on-time deliveries and correct documentation.
  • Compile and analyse data to produce regular reports and dashboards on inventory levels, sell-through and forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborate with buying, merchandising and retail teams to support demand planning and replenishment activities.
  • Contribute to process-improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects to increase operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and assist with customs, logistics paperwork and shipment tracking when required.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, operations management, business administration or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrable numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and external stakeholders.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/inventory systems (SAP experience is advantageous).
