Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily supply chain operations including inventory monitoring, stock reconciliation and cycle-count assistance.
- Assist with purchase order tracking and supplier follow-up to ensure on-time deliveries and correct documentation.
- Compile and analyse data to produce regular reports and dashboards on inventory levels, sell-through and forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with buying, merchandising and retail teams to support demand planning and replenishment activities.
- Contribute to process-improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects to increase operational efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and assist with customs, logistics paperwork and shipment tracking when required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, operations management, business administration or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrable numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and external stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/inventory systems (SAP experience is advantageous).

Experience
Previous internship experience or campus projects in logistics, inventory management, procurement or operations is desirable but not required; candidates should demonstrate practical analytical experience through coursework or project work.
Education
Enrolled undergraduate or graduate degree in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, operations management, business administration, or related field.
