Chanel Supply Chain Coordinator role in Paris: manage procurement, suppliers, and inventory. Full-time CDI position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain communication channels for order status and quality assurance
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply chain efficiency within established parameters
- Process purchase orders and documentation in coordination with the procurement department
- Track shipments and resolve logistics issues to minimize disruption to production schedules
- Maintain accurate records and reporting on supplier performance metrics
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain coordination or procurement support
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Proficiency with supply chain management systems and software
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Experience
2–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or related logistics roles, ideally within a luxury goods environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
