Chanel Supply Chain Coordinator position in Paris; manage materials procurement and supplier logistics within the Fashion Division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Calculate material and component requirements and place orders with assigned supplier panel
- Negotiate and construct delivery schedules with suppliers aligned with production stream objectives including tailoring, knitwear, finished goods, and accessories
- Anticipate delivery risks and implement proactive measures including pre-orders, direct shipments, and coordinated action plans
- Coordinate all deliveries and ensure on-time performance by managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Build, track, and communicate procurement performance indicators
- Drive long-term supplier performance improvement through business reviews and capacity assessments
- Maintain and disseminate knowledge of supplier organizational structures, industrial capabilities, and capacity
- Monitor compliance audits and ensure supplier panel alignment with Maison standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or Business Administration
- 5–7 years of professional experience in similar procurement, buying, production management, or supply chain roles
- Mastery of planning and forecasting methodologies
- Expertise in core procurement fundamentals including requirement calculations and inventory management
- Knowledge of primary textile and haberdashery production processes
- Fluency in English; Italian highly preferred
- Proficiency with IT tools including Excel and ideally ERP Orli Web
- Strong interpersonal skills, reactivity, negotiation acumen, rigor, and adaptability

Experience
5–7 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, production planning, or buyer roles within fashion, textiles, or manufacturing environments.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or Business Administration required.
