Chanel is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator — Fragrances & Beauty Markets in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Fixed-term contract supporting market supply and launches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end market supply chain activities for the Fragrances & Beauty business across assigned markets, ensuring product availability and on-time replenishment.
- Act as primary liaison between market commercial teams and central supply chain, translating market demand into confirmed orders and supply plans.
- Monitor inventory positions and stock coverage; trigger replenishment actions and escalate shortages or overstock situations.
- Follow up on production, transport and customs processes; track shipments and resolve logistics exceptions with carriers and warehouses.
- Support monthly S&OP and demand-review cycles by consolidating market inputs, updating forecasts and producing variance analyses.
- Prepare and distribute KPI reports and ad hoc performance dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting risk areas and corrective actions.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional flows with marketing, commercial and logistics teams to secure launch readiness and market coverage.
- Drive continuous-improvement initiatives to streamline market processes, reduce lead times and improve forecast accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Authorization to work in France.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with cross‑functional and international teams.
- Capacity to manage competing priorities, work under deadlines and escalate issues appropriately.
Skills
Experience
Approximately 3+ years of progressive experience in supply chain coordination, demand or inventory planning, ideally within cosmetics, beauty, luxury goods or FMCG environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

This position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.
