Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and update boutique product offerings, verify inventory accuracy, and communicate availability to internal stakeholders
- Organize order-taking processes for buyers and manage the coordination of supply across all global markets
- Coordinate with internal departments and distribution centers to pilot and manage boutique product deliveries, accounting for lead times, origin and destination locations, and billing conditions
- Assist global markets with daily operational requests and implement necessary solutions in coordination with internal services
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with established procedures
- Produce reporting on orders and stock levels
- Conduct ad hoc analytical projects supporting supply chain optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or Master's degree (Bac+5) student
- Fluent English proficiency
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
