Chanel Supply Chain Assistant internship in Geneva (6 months, Jan 2027). Support WFJ division logistics and planning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate upstream and downstream supply chain activities for finished watch products, including order portfolio tracking and production planning challenges against market demand
- Manage weekly distribution of permanent watch collections and new product launches to regional markets
- Monitor and challenge inventory targets in collaboration with Demand Planning teams and market stakeholders
- Participate in regional governance meetings (touchbase, assortment reviews) and serve as the principal distribution contact for markets
- Plan and coordinate spare parts requirements for service workshops, balancing finished goods production and after-sales service priorities
- Analyze and improve ERP data quality in collaboration with manufacturing operations
- Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using Power BI across supply chain functions
- Contribute to global Distribution Planning processes and optimization of existing Anaplan tools for finished watch products
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or Master's degree programme
- Foundational knowledge and demonstrated interest in supply chain management
- Prior professional experience applying information technology tools (Excel with VBA, Power BI, ERP systems, Anaplan)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Fluent spoken and written English and French

Experience
A first professional experience in a supply chain or operations environment where IT tools (Excel, VBA, Power BI, ERP, Anaplan) have been actively applied is highly valued. Demonstrated autonomy, rigorous execution, perseverance, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
Education
Currently enrolled in an engineering school or Master's degree programme. The internship must be formally registered as part of the curriculum, required for degree completion, and validated through academic credit allocation.
