Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enrich the supplier master data repository to ensure accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance.
  • Support supplier onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating documentation, contract records and KYC checks with procurement and compliance teams.
  • Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions to reduce duplicates, gaps and inconsistencies.
  • Improve the digital supplier experience by collecting user feedback, drafting requirements and liaising with IT on portal or ERP enhancements.
  • Produce regular reports and dashboards on supplier performance, onboarding status and data health for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives involving procurement, supply chain, legal and finance to standardize supplier processes.
  • Assist during internal and external audits by preparing supplier data extracts and supporting evidence.
  • Document processes, maintain operating procedures and contribute to training materials for supplier data governance.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in supply chain, procurement, business administration, information systems or a related field (work‑study/alternance).
  • Strong analytical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail for data governance tasks.
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects and liaise effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Comfort with structured processes and working to compliance requirements.
  • Professional maturity appropriate for a corporate support role within a luxury environment.
