Role & Responsibilities

- Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions to reduce duplicates, gaps and inconsistencies.
- Improve the digital supplier experience by collecting user feedback, drafting requirements and liaising with IT on portal or ERP enhancements.
- Produce regular reports and dashboards on supplier performance, onboarding status and data health for stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives involving procurement, supply chain, legal and finance to standardize supplier processes.
- Assist during internal and external audits by preparing supplier data extracts and supporting evidence.
- Document processes, maintain operating procedures and contribute to training materials for supplier data governance.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in supply chain, procurement, business administration, information systems or a related field (work‑study/alternance).
- Strong analytical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail for data governance tasks.
- Ability to manage concurrent projects and liaise effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Comfort with structured processes and working to compliance requirements.
- Professional maturity appropriate for a corporate support role within a luxury environment.
Skills
Experience
Prior internship or project experience in procurement, supplier data, supply chain operations or a related corporate function is desirable; the role is designed for a candidate in a work‑study programme seeking hands‑on exposure to supplier governance and digital improvement projects.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme (Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Information Systems or equivalent).
