Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations, supervising a team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop retail staff through on-the-job training, performance reviews and skills development.

Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience within luxury retail, boutique or premium fashion environments.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on high-touch client service and relationship building.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to maintain brand presentation standards.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
