Chanel Subcontracting Project Manager – Makeup, Pantin. Fixed-term contract from September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontracting activities and production schedules for makeup manufacturing
- Manage supplier relationships and performance against agreed specifications and timelines
- Monitor quality standards across outsourced production and implement corrective actions
- Prepare project documentation and maintain accurate records of subcontracting agreements
- Liaise between internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Project management experience in manufacturing or luxury goods environment
- Demonstrated experience coordinating with external suppliers and vendors
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Knowledge of quality assurance and production processes
Skills
Experience
2–4 years of experience in project management, production coordination, or subcontracting within manufacturing or luxury goods sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
