Chanel seeks a Subcontracting Coordinator in Verneuil-en-Halatte, France to manage leather goods production supply chain and supplier relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage capacity alignment with subcontractors by synthesizing and validating production capabilities per collection and distributing workload across partners
- Monitor and pilot subcontractor manufacturing progress according to production calendars, including production schedule management and coordination of component supply synchronization
- Process administrative tasks including supplementary requests and quality claims from subcontractors
- Coordinate resolution of supply chain obstacles by liaising between internal departments and external partners during periods of subcontractor difficulty
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain, or production management within a manufacturing facility
- Advanced proficiency with office software and ERP systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to rapid adjustments inherent to fashion production cycles
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated problem-solving capability

Minimum 2 years of documented experience in procurement or production management on an active manufacturing site.
Education
Baccalaureate or equivalent plus 2–3 years of specialized post-secondary study (Bac+2/3 or equivalent).
