Chanel Fashion seeks Styling Manager in Paris. Lead celebrity styling projects, campaign coordination, and international styling initiatives within a prestigious luxury house.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of priority operational projects assigned by the Head of Styling with rigorous attention to detail
  • Oversee talent fittings in Paris for events, try-ons, and other styling occasions as defined by leadership
  • Track and manage looks selected for campaigns (Fashion & Beauty, Womenswear/Jewelry/Fragrance, Beauty) and film projects in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Manage budget tracking, purchase order processing, and shipping logistics while proactively identifying and escalating concerns
  • Prepare and oversee key analyses and recaps (looks shot, reserved pieces, unworn inventory) to support strategic decision-making
  • Represent the Head of Styling during travel when necessary, ensuring consistency and quality across styling initiatives
  • Serve as primary contact for selected international regions and markets regarding styling requirements
  • Guide team members in booking coordination, fitting schedules, and temporary showroom operations in a collaborative framework
  • Ensure seamless information flow across stakeholders including showroom, press, Relations & Activation, Haute Couture, and studio teams
  • Structure coordination processes ahead of key moments—shows, major events, and campaigns—to anticipate requirements proactively
  • Maintain rigorous upkeep of tracking tools including dressing calendars, celebrity databases, and collection recaps
  • Contribute to development and dissemination of styling guidelines and best practices across markets
  • Oversee collection purchasing for key markets in support of the Head of Styling
  • Monitor emerging stylists and maintain current reference decks for potential talent

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in celebrity styling within a demanding, high-profile fashion environment
  • Strong knowledge of booking operations, talent fittings, and showroom coordination
  • Demonstrated experience with international markets and complex organizational ecosystems
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to establish structure within fast-paced, high-intensity environments
  • Deep product sensitivity and comprehensive understanding of Chanel's brand culture and heritage
  • Mature, discreet, and confident demeanor with ability to serve as trusted deputy
  • Fluency in both French and English
