Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor Styling Development KPIs across European markets, consolidate data, and deliver regular impact analyses
• Conceive and adapt engaging educational content in English to strengthen boutique teams' style expertise, particularly around Ready-to-Wear collections and CHANEL's brand identity
• Oversee digital Style tools, analyse qualitative and quantitative data, and produce clear, visually compelling activity reports
• Coordinate Styling Development meetings by preparing agendas, meeting minutes, project timelines, and PowerPoint presentations with rigorous operational follow-up
• Conduct fashion trend monitoring and orchestrate Styling Development seminars and training sessions in Paris, managing logistics and on-site execution

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion history, CHANEL collections, and stylistic codes
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and meticulous attention to detail
• Rigorous, organised approach with humble and collaborative mindset
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently
• Excellent written and spoken English; fluent French desirable
• Proven capacity to design elegant, engaging educational materials

Skills

Experience

A first internship or junior corporate experience in a demanding environment or luxury sector is preferred; strong foundational understanding of fashion history and brand aesthetics is essential.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a business school, fashion school, or communications programme.
