Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and development of styling training tools and resources
• Organize and coordinate sales associate and styling workshop programs
• Assist Styling Development Managers in creating and monitoring performance indicators
• Support the community of in-store Style Advisors and maintain engagement initiatives
• Maintain and organize fashion school display areas and training rooms to Maison standards
• Manage and maintain the prototype wardrobe inventory in proper condition

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree candidate or equivalent level (Bac +4/+5) from a business school, fashion school, communication school, or university
• First successful experience in the retail sector
• Strong passion for fashion and styling
• Genuine interest in training and pedagogy
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong listening skills and responsiveness

Skills

Experience

First professional experience in retail required; candidate should demonstrate hands-on knowledge of retail operations and customer interaction.

Education

Enrolled in or recent graduate of a business school, fashion school, communication school, or equivalent university program (minimum Bac +4/+5 level).
