Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Styling Development Project Manager in coordinating styling projects for the European market from concept through prototype and pre-production.
- Track samples and prototypes, organise and attend fittings, and document fit notes and corrective actions.
- Maintain project timelines and status reports; escalate risks and propose mitigation measures to the project lead.
- Liaise with design, technical design, sourcing and external ateliers to ensure alignment on specifications, trims and materials.
- Prepare technical and presentation materials (boards, dossiers, minutes) for meetings and fittings.
- Update product records and project documentation within the PLM or project-tracking tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, Product Development, Styling or a closely related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable coordinating across multidisciplinary teams.
- Professional maturity, confidentiality, and a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Previous internship or academic project experience in fashion product development, styling or technical design is a plus.

Experience
No professional experience required beyond current academic enrollment; prior internships or project work in fashion product development, styling or technical design will be advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate programme (Fashion Design, Product Development, Styling, Fashion Management or equivalent).
