  • Conduct coaching and training sessions for Style Experts and Advisors, ensuring alignment with Chanel's brand DNA and collection allure.
  • Collaborate with buyers to influence styling decisions, attending buying sessions and promoting key fashion looks.
  • Enhance client experience through personalized styling appointments and participation in client events.
  • Partner with internal teams to contribute to fashion orchestration for collection and product launches.

Qualifications

  • University degree or higher, preferably in Fashion, Design, or Art.
  • Proven styling skills with 10 years of experience in luxury fashion, including retail, merchandising, training, or visual merchandising.

Skills

Passion for fashion, style, and lifestyle with a sophisticated flair. Strong knowledge of fashion trends, history, and culture. Excellent client service mindset with an understanding of client lifestyles and needs. Inspiring personal style and grooming standards. Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills. Proficiency in English and the local language.

Experience

10 years of experience in luxury fashion, focusing on retail, merchandising, training, or visual merchandising.

Education

University degree or higher, preferably in Fashion, Design, or Art.
