Chanel in Mexico City seeks a Style Expert — Fashion Boutique to provide personalised luxury client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and styling advice to high-net-worth and aspirational clients in a boutique setting.
- Proactively develop and manage a client portfolio through appointments, follow-ups and targeted clienteling activities to drive repeat purchase and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales KPIs while contributing to boutique commercial strategy and inventory rotation.
- Present and interpret seasonal collections with authoritative product knowledge across apparel, leather goods and accessories.
- Coordinate and execute intimate client events, private viewings and trunk shows, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and hospitality.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure windows, displays and in-store presentation reflect maison directives.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, manage client records in CRM and assist with stock management and replenishment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail, boutique sales or personal styling — experience with premium fashion maisons preferred.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing VIP client relationships.
- Deep knowledge of luxury fashion, product categories and an aptitude for conveying brand heritage and craftsmanship.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, poise and the ability to deliver discreet, high-touch service.
- Fluent Spanish; professional working proficiency in English preferred.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 2+ years in luxury retail or boutique sales with proven results in client development and meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail, business or related discipline is desirable but not mandatory.
