Chanel seeks a Style Expert in London (New Bond Street) to deliver personalised styling, clienteling and luxury retail sales for its flagship boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised styling and advisory services to a discerning clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business through expert clienteling and appointment management.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to overall store performance and conversion metrics.
- Curate and present product assortments with impeccable visual merchandising and styling standards appropriate to New Bond Street flagship expectations.
- Manage CRM records and communication cadence, proactively prospect for new clients and follow up on bespoke requests and orders.
- Coordinate with stock management and operations to ensure product availability, accurate replenishment and seamless client fulfilment.
- Represent the Chanel brand with discretion and professionalism at client events, private viewings and store initiatives.
- Maintain store standards for presentation, security and client experience, and mentor junior colleagues when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, with a demonstrable record of client development and achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to advise and influence high-net-worth clients and deliver a personalised service.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury product categories, styling techniques and seasonal trends.
- Strong organisational skills, including appointment management and CRM usage.
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages advantageous but not required.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail or a high-end boutique environment, with a proven track record of client acquisition, retention and meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail management or a related discipline preferred but not mandatory.
