Chanel seeks a Style Expert for its Düsseldorf boutique to mentor fashion advisors and elevate styling excellence in a full-time contract role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advance styling expertise within the boutique team through mentorship and training
- Conduct regular briefings on new collections and product launches
- Provide individual coaching and styling guidance to fashion advisors and support ready-to-wear sales initiatives
- Develop and implement action plans for sales performance and styling excellence
- Onboard new team members in styling competencies and boutique standards
- Proactively support boutique events and special client occasions
- Collaborate closely with boutique management, fashion training teams, and client marketing to ensure aligned delivery
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in fashion, retail, or equivalent
- Proven expertise in styling and sales with an intuitive understanding of client preferences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Strong command of German and English; additional languages advantageous
Skills
Experience
Relevant experience in styling, sales, and client engagement within a luxury fashion or premium retail environment, with demonstrated ability to inspire and guide team members.
Education
Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification in fashion, retail management, or related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
