Role & Responsibilities
- Communicate Chanel's brand heritage, modernity, artisanal excellence, and distinctive aesthetic through compelling storytelling
- Deliver bespoke styling services during boutique appointments and walk-ins, addressing each client's individual preferences and lifestyle needs
- Curate and present the latest seasonal collections and fashion trends, translating market insights into personalized styling recommendations
- Foster a sophisticated boutique environment that cultivates client aspirations and creates distinctive luxury experiences
- Collaborate with boutique and styling teams to maintain elevated service standards and inspire collective excellence
