Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert styling guidance and product consultation to clients within the footwear boutique
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend shoes aligned with their individual aesthetic and needs
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the Chanel footwear collection and communicate its heritage, craftsmanship, and design philosophy
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and facilitate seamless checkout experiences
- Uphold boutique visual standards and ensure merchandise displays reflect brand excellence
- Contribute to achieving boutique sales targets and performance objectives
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for luxury fashion and footwear design
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with natural client orientation
