Chanel is hiring a Style Advisor in Kuala Lumpur to deliver personalised luxury client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, highly personalised client experience that reflects Chanel’s standards of service and brand heritage.
- Proactively develop and maintain client relationships through regular outreach, follow-ups and tailored styling advice to maximise lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, product cross‑selling and appropriate upselling.
- Maintain encyclopaedic product knowledge across fashion, leather goods, accessories and beauty ranges; advise clients on styling, fit and care.
- Ensure boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards are upheld, including merchandising replenishment, window presentation support and stock rotation.
- Process transactions accurately, manage client records in the CRM, and support inventory control and stockroom organisation.
- Support boutique events, private appointments and clienteling initiatives, including after‑hours appointments when required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium fashion or beauty environments.
- Demonstrable capability to build and nurture long‑term client relationships and deliver personalised service.
- Polished professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays; availability for private client appointments.
- Legal right to work in Malaysia.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of front‑line retail experience; 1–3 years in a luxury or premium fashion/beauty boutique is preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school) required; formal retail, fashion or hospitality training is advantageous.
