Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized style consultations and product recommendations to discerning clients
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP and regular clientele through attentive service and follow-up engagement
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across Chanel's collections, heritage, and craftsmanship
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining brand integrity standards
- Maintain a luxury boutique environment through impeccable presentation and client-centric service protocols
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for luxury fashion and Chanel's aesthetic
- Proven retail or clienteling experience in an upscale environment
- Ability to engage with diverse clientele in a sophisticated and consultative manner
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of exceeding targets
Skills
Experience
3-5 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion sales, with demonstrated ability to build client relationships and close sales in an upscale environment.
Education
