Chanel Store Planning Financial Analyst Internship in Paris, France—6-month opportunity in corporate financial planning and retail strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze boutique construction, renovation, and refresh projects across European markets with bi-monthly reporting and analytical deliverables
  • Define and participate in CAPEX budget allocation for European boutique construction, renovation, refresh, and maintenance initiatives
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within information systems, including construction costs, spatial metrics, and CAPEX/OPEX categorization
  • Independently develop and implement automation solutions for recurring processes including reporting, reconciliation, and data management workflows
  • Drive data analytics value through data management initiatives, robot development, and macro-based data processing solutions
  • Contribute to strategic analyses and presentations supporting senior management decision-making and business planning
  • Support administrative management functions through cost center creation, billing reconciliation reporting, and payment tracking extractions
  • Facilitate quarterly closing exercises and annual budget updates across the Maison

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a leading business school or engineering school with specialization in corporate finance
  • Demonstrated interest in management accounting and financial control through previous internship experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI highly valued
  • Strong command of English
  • Passion for luxury market dynamics, real estate development, and construction industry trends
