Role & Responsibilities
- Co-manage stock and boutique operations in accordance with established protocols
- Identify and implement solutions to streamline sales floor activity
- Provide support during high-traffic periods to assist the sales team
- Process incoming and outgoing product flows: unbox shipments, execute receiving procedures, and organize inventory storage
- Maintain and optimize stock room organization and efficiency
- Prepare and track inter-boutique product transfers
- Participate in inventory organization and reconciliation processes
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and conduct product location searches
- Rotate across store departments and product categories to develop comprehensive product knowledge
- Establish performance objectives and contribute proactive suggestions to action plans
- Facilitate information sharing and cross-functional collaboration within the stockroom team
