Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack and inspect incoming deliveries; verify quantities and conformity against delivery notes.
  • Organise and maintain boutique stockroom to ensure efficient accessibility, security and preservation of merchandise.
  • Perform routine stock replenishment on the sales floor in coordination with sales team and visual merchandising standards.
  • Support regular stock counts and cycle inventories; report discrepancies to the stock manager and assist with investigations.
  • Prepare merchandise for transfers, returns or client reservations, ensuring accurate labelling and documentation.
  • Maintain housekeeping, storage protocols and loss-prevention procedures in the back-of-house area.
  • Assist boutique team with ad-hoc logistical tasks during peak periods, product launches and events.

Qualifications

  • Availability to start internship in May 2026 and commit to the full internship period as agreed with the boutique.
  • Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, a diploma or degree in fashion merchandising, retail management, logistics or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Physical ability to handle and move product safely; comfortable standing and lifting for extended periods.
  • Discretion, reliability and respect for luxury product handling standards.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn within a high‑performance boutique environment.

Experience
