Chanel seeks a Stockist in Los Cabos, Mexico. Manage inventory, merchandise receipt, and stock organization for Chanel Boutique Ánima Los Cabos.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and inspect all incoming deliveries against documentation; flag and report discrepancies to management
- Unpack, price-check, security-tag, and organize merchandise in the stockroom with meticulous attention to product care
- Maintain accurate computerized inventory records and ensure merchandise availability is communicated promptly to sales floor staff
- Conduct daily stock counts and participate in biannual boutique inventories
- Organize and execute merchandise transfers and returns as requested, liaising with colleagues and recipient locations
- Ensure merchandise is displayed on the sales floor within the same business day of receipt
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure storage areas at all times
- Respond promptly to colleague requests for stock and transfer assistance while maintaining CHANEL service standards
- Perform light floor assistance and telephone duties as required, applying CHANEL customer service standards
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and support colleagues reliably

Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail stockroom, warehouse, or inventory management role is preferred. Experience in luxury retail or a boutique environment is an advantage.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
