Chanel seeks Stock Support in Stockholm. Full-time luxury fashion retail role managing inventory, after-sales service, and boutique operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, transfer, and organize stock and repair items to and from warehouse in a timely and organized manner
  • Report defective goods and liaison with boutique team on inventory issues
  • Maintain stockroom in a safe, clean, and organized condition with proper inventory management
  • Execute accurate price-tagging of merchandise according to CHANEL standards
  • Conduct daily and monthly stock takes, verify discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Wrap purchased items and maintain a clean and orderly wrapping area
  • Analyze stock levels, sell-through rates, and slow-moving inventory; report findings to management
  • Manage special orders and reservations according to established procedures
  • Handle incoming client communications regarding product requests, after-sales service, complaints, and repair follow-ups
  • Ensure client concerns and service requests are addressed efficiently and within established timelines
  • Coordinate repair transfers with external vendors and track outstanding repairs
  • Support boutique floor staff with stock replenishment, rotation processes, and client assistance on the shop floor
  • Collaborate with Fashion After-Sales Team and boutique management on stock processes and cycle counts
  • Build positive team relationships and support the development of client relationships as a brand ambassador

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of related experience in luxury or high-end fashion retail
  • Superior organizational and structural skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • High level of accuracy and efficiency in inventory management and administrative tasks
  • Physical capability to bend, climb ladders, lift and move boxes up to 15 kg regularly and up to 25 kg occasionally
  • Fluent in Swedish and English; additional languages a merit
  • High ethical standards and customer service orientation
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and work effectively under urgency

Experience
