Chanel Stock Support position in Copenhagen—part-time temporary role (October–December 2026) in luxury fashion inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, transfer, and organize stock and repair items to and from the warehouse with accuracy and timeliness
- Report defective goods and liaise with the boutique team to ensure appropriate follow-up
- Maintain the stockroom in a safe, clean, and well-organized manner
- Ensure merchandise is accurately price-tagged and prepared for sale in the boutique
- Participate in daily and monthly stock takes and assist in checking and resolving stock discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of boutique inventory
- Support the Stock Manager and boutique team with day-to-day stock-related tasks as required
Qualifications
- Self-driven, positive, and reliable with a hands-on approach
- Strong organizational skills and structured way of working
- High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Fluent in English; additional languages considered a merit
- Previous retail experience, ideally within fashion or another luxury brand, is advantageous
