Chanel seeks a Stock Support in Copenhagen to manage inventory, deliveries and stockroom operations for the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries; verify quantities and condition against shipping documentation.
- Organise and maintain the stockroom to luxury retail standards, ensuring garments and accessories are stored, labelled and protected correctly.
- Perform regular cycle counts and full stock inventories; investigate and resolve discrepancies with precision.
- Prepare and dispatch stock to the sales floor, replenishing displays and ensuring merchandise is presented according to visual guidelines.
- Process returns, transfers and customer deliveries with accurate record keeping and prompt system updates.
- Collaborate with sales, visual merchandising and store management to support product launches, stock rotations and events.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, security protocols and health & safety standards while handling merchandise.
- Operate point-of-sale and inventory systems to record movements and produce stock reports as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail stockroom, warehouse or logistics (experience in luxury retail preferred).
- Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach to inventory control.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and prolonged standing; awareness of safe manual handling practices.
- Reliable time management and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Professional discretion and a client-focused attitude when working in a boutique environment.

Experience
Typically 1+ years working in a stock, logistics or retail environment; prior exposure to luxury retail operations is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent.
