Chanel Stock Runner (3-month contract) in Marbella — responsible for stockroom operations, inventory and sales-floor replenishment at Chanel Marbella.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and unpack incoming merchandise; verify quantities and condition against delivery documentation.
- Label, tag and store goods in the stockroom according to house standards and stock rotation procedures.
- Promptly replenish the sales floor to maintain assortment and visual merchandising integrity.
- Support cycle counts and ad-hoc inventory audits; report discrepancies and assist with reconciliation.
- Prepare transfers, returns and client orders in line with loss-prevention and quality-control protocols.
- Maintain an orderly, clean and secure back-of-house environment; ensure compliance with health & safety procedures.
- Collaborate with sales and visual merchandising teams to respond to daily operational needs and client requests.
Qualifications
- Right to work in Spain.
- Basic numeracy and accurate record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and moving merchandise safely.
- Flexible availability to cover retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Reliable, punctual and accustomed to following standard operating procedures in a luxury retail environment.

Experience
Previous retail stockroom, warehouse or back-of-house experience preferred (typically 6–24 months). Entry-level candidates with strong organisational aptitude will be considered.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent.
