Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the reception and dispatch of products to retail boutiques, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in both physical and digital records.
- Conduct visual inspections of product packaging and contents, addressing any discrepancies with the support of a coordinator.
- Prepare daily product replenishments, optimizing packaging for safety and environmental responsibility.
- Execute inter-boutique and inter-region product transfers with appropriate prioritization.
- Maintain accurate digital records of stock movements, conducting regular inventory checks using RFID technology.
- Collaborate with the central shipping hub and participate in transformational projects, including sustainability initiatives.
- Provide personalized support to retail boutiques, addressing product conditioning and inventory alerts.

- Proven expertise in stock management with strong technical skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and resolve issues swiftly.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and teamwork abilities.
- Sensitivity to product details and experience in retail or distribution centers.

Previous experience in a retail or distribution center environment is required.
