Role & Responsibilities
- Accurately receive deliveries, ensuring goods correspond with documentation and maintain the computerized inventory system.
- Arrange for the return and transfer of stock, liaising with colleagues and recipients as necessary.
- Develop and maintain expert product knowledge and share it appropriately.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office as required.
- Contribute to a positive team morale and ensure efficient time management and boutique coverage.
- Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
- Complete necessary administration tasks timely and accurately, adhering to procedures and policies.
- Assist with regular stock level checks and review alterations and holds.
- Participate in the preparation and attendance of regular events, including promotions and stock taking.
- Ensure all goods are security tagged, ticketed, handled, and stored with care.
- Assist with maintaining relevant displays and replacing sold products promptly.
- Participate in training to acquire high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
Skills
Experience
Experience in managing the movement of stock and supplies in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
