Chanel Milano Montenapoleone seeks a Stock Associate (temporary) for inventory management and boutique stock operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support all stock operations including merchandise movement registration, product receiving and dispatch according to Maison procedures
- Organize and maintain stock order, ensuring products are readily available and properly presented at all times
- Utilize automated merchandise allocation systems and update receiving and shipping schedules in coordination with the team
- Prepare packages, shipments, and packaging material refills while ensuring conformity with Chanel standards
- Work closely with the boutique team and Stock Manager to ensure efficient product flow, particularly during launches and strategic activities
- Follow operational timelines and procedures to contribute to optimal stock management
- Communicate relevant information to improve stock management efficiency
- Adhere to Maison guidelines regarding safety, organization, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in similar roles within the retail or luxury sector
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility, dynamism, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong predisposition for teamwork
- Fluent English; knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Availability to work full-time including weekend shifts

Experience
Prior experience in similar stock management or inventory roles within retail or luxury retail is required.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional retail or logistics training is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 27,000 per annum.
