Stock Associate at Chanel in Mexico City – inventory and boutique operations role supporting luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and process daily product deliveries, ensuring correct storage and sales floor replenishment according to boutique procedures and previous day's sales activity
- Organize and optimize stock within storage areas in accordance with boutique-specific protocols, maintaining consistent tidiness and accessibility
- Manage daily transfer requests from boutique staff and coordinate inventory exchanges with other locations
- Prepare for and participate in rolling stock-takes, ensuring completion before store opening and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with the Stock Manager
- Support the preparation of new collection launches and sales events through stock reorganization and relabeling as needed
- Provide on-floor support during peak traffic periods, assisting with product retrieval and changing room management to enhance client experience
- Monitor and develop knowledge of product lines and related key performance indicators, proactively contributing insights for operational improvement
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising specialists on stock organization and promotion of slower-moving inventory items
- Maintain liaison between back-office stock operations and sales floor to ensure efficient workflow and product availability
Qualifications
- Prior experience as Stock Assistant or in retail inventory management, preferably within fashion or luxury sector
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency with Excel and strong numerical aptitude
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment

Experience
Experience as Stock Assistant in the retail sector, preferably in fashion or luxury brands, with demonstrated competency in inventory control and stock management operations.
Education
