Chanel is hiring a Stock Assistant on maternity cover basis in Zurich. Temporary inventory and warehouse support role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and maintain inventory stock in accordance with warehouse management systems
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of records
- Prepare items for dispatch and process outbound shipments
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock shortages or overages
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within warehouse and storage areas
Qualifications
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Basic numeracy and attention to detail for inventory tracking
- Physical capability to lift and move merchandise safely
- Reliability and strong attendance record
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous
Skills
Experience
Ideally some previous experience in warehouse, stock, or inventory management roles, though comprehensive training will be provided.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent.
