Chanel seeks a Stock Assistant in Victoria to manage inventory, organize shipments, and maintain warehouse operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory shipments according to warehouse procedures
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records with physical stock levels
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation and input data into the warehouse management system
- Prepare items for dispatch and ensure packaging meets quality and safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and alert management to low inventory or discrepancies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and aisles
- Assist with seasonal inventory audits and stock transfers between locations
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual attendance record
- Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 20–25 kg regularly

Experience
Stock handling or warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided to the right candidate.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; no specialized qualifications required.
