Chanel Stock Assistant in Madrid, Spain – manage inventory, deliveries and stock operations for luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product flows including physical receipt of merchandise, stock placement, replenishment and reorganisation
- Ensure accurate product labelling and maintain proper product identification systems
- Replenish packaging areas and manage weekly packaging orders
- Prepare transfers between boutiques and coordinate related shipments both physically and within inventory systems
- Participate in daily, monthly and annual inventory activities including RFID scanning and physical counts
- Report stock discrepancies, issues and damaged items to management
- Manage returns of merchandise to central warehouses in compliance with internal procedures
- Apply European procedures of the Fashion Division consistently across all operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in retail, ideally within the luxury sector
- Intermediate level of English proficiency
- Knowledge of merchandise and stock management systems
- Physical capability to handle product movements and inventory tasks
