Chanel is hiring a Stock Assistant in Hong Kong. Entry‑level retail role supporting inventory, stockroom operations and floor replenishment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries; verify quantities, quality and documentation against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Unpack, label and store merchandise in the stockroom according to brand procedures and merchandising plans.
- Replenish the sales floor with precision, ensuring presentation standards and product rotation are upheld.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in full inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate handheld RF scanners and inventory systems to update stock movements and transfers.
- Collaborate with store management, visual merchandising and sales teams to support launches, store resets and sample handling.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, cleanliness and security; follow loss‑prevention protocols and report discrepancies.
- Prepare outbound shipments, customer exchanges and inter‑store transfers following return and documentation procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or retail an advantage.
- Demonstrable attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and safely lift and move merchandise.
- Reliability, punctuality and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and peak periods.
- Discretion and respect for client confidentiality and luxury product handling standards.

Experience
Entry‑level role with preference for 1+ year of retail stockroom, warehouse or logistics experience; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; certificate or coursework in logistics, supply chain or retail operations is a plus.
