Chanel seeks a Stock Assistant in Ho Chi Minh City — manage inventory, stockroom operations and replenishment for the boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries according to brand standards and delivery documentation.
  • Organise and maintain the stockroom: label, store and rotate merchandise to preserve quality and accessibility.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and assist with periodic stock inventories, reconciling discrepancies and reporting variances.
  • Prepare and execute stock transfers and replenishment to the shop floor in coordination with store management and visual merchandising.
  • Operate barcode scanners and stock-control procedures, ensuring accurate stock records and timely system updates.
  • Support loss-prevention protocols and maintain a secure, orderly back-of-house environment.
  • Assist cross-functionally with merchandising, client services and logistics tasks as required during peak periods.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education completion (high school diploma) or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or warehouse experience, preferably in luxury retail or fashion, is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable attention to detail and numeracy for accurate inventory control.
  • Physical ability to handle routine lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
  • Legal right to work in Vietnam.

Experience
