Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all stock activities including reception and control of deliveries, management of customer reservations, obsolete items, follow-up of invoices and packaging, re-labelling of products, and organization of sales
- Ensure proper execution and results of inventory procedures including rotating inventories by product family, annual inventory, and remote stock inventories
- Conduct regular stock analyses to identify opportunities for optimization and operational efficiency
- Present proposals to management for optimizing operational processes, improving the supply system, and enhancing logistics organization
- Develop and conduct Morning Briefs when required to facilitate coordination and communication
Qualifications
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Strong organizational, rigor, analytical and synthetic skills
- Solution-oriented with ability to deal with emergencies effectively
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong English language skills both written and spoken
- Fashion sensitivity and intercultural awareness
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in stock management, inventory operations, or retail warehouse operations is advantageous. Familiarity with luxury retail environments and boutique operations is valued.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further education in logistics, supply chain management, or retail operations is beneficial.
