Chanel Stock Operations Assistant apprenticeship (1-2 years) in Paris, September 2025. Inventory and retail logistics role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product flows including receipt, dispatch, and verification of deliveries
- Process and fulfill product requests from boutique sales team members
- Optimize boutique stock levels for wrapping materials, institutional materials, and samples
- Conduct rotating inventory counts by product category and prepare for annual physical inventory
- Maintain and optimize storage areas in accordance with stock management procedures and identify discontinued or defective products
- Maintain professional appearance consistent with Chanel's boutique charter
Qualifications
- Interest in logistics and the luxury beauty sector
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong collaborative abilities and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to respond effectively to urgent situations and develop appropriate solutions
