Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end creative production for fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) and Arts & Culture initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of assets and experiential elements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and resource allocation across internal creative teams, external studios, vendors and production partners.
- Serve as primary liaison between creative directors, designers, marketing, events and archival teams to translate creative briefs into executable production plans.
- Oversee logistics for shoots, shows, exhibitions and cultural activations, including permitting, onsite production, shipping and installation.
- Maintain and control creative asset libraries, usage rights and documentation; ensure brand standards and legal clearances are observed.
- Implement process improvements and governance for creative workflows, including post‑project reviews and vendor performance tracking.
- Prepare regular status reports and senior stakeholder updates; escalate risks and propose mitigations to preserve timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive experience in creative operations, production coordination or project management within fashion, luxury goods, cultural institutions or related sectors.
- Proven experience managing cross-disciplinary projects involving design, events, editorial shoots or cultural programming.
- Demonstrable ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships and complex production logistics.
- Exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills suitable for interfacing with senior creative leadership.
