Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver retail space plans and fixture layouts for Parfums Beauté openings, renovations and seasonal rollouts consistent with Chanel brand standards.
- Produce detailed 2D CAD drawings and 3D visualisations (planograms, elevations, sections) for store interiors and merchandising displays.
- Translate global concept directives into compliant, locally adapted store solutions while optimising customer flow and product visibility.
- Collaborate with merchandising, visual, store operations and construction teams to validate technical specifications, materials and installation sequencing.
- Manage external suppliers and technical partners during tendering, prototyping and on-site implementation, ensuring timelines and cost targets are met.
- Conduct site surveys and post-installation inspections to verify conformity with drawings and brand quality expectations.
Qualifications
- Degree in architecture, interior design, industrial design or equivalent technical diploma.
- Proven experience in retail space planning or visual merchandising for beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail (preferably with international rollouts).
- Strong technical drafting and presentation skills with an ability to convert creative concepts into executable plans.
- Excellent project coordination skills and experience liaising with cross-functional stakeholders and external contractors.

Typically 3+ years of hands-on space planning or visual merchandising experience within luxury retail or beauty, with exposure to multi-site rollouts and coordination of technical suppliers.
Education
Degree in architecture, interior design, industrial design or related field.
