Chanel recruits Space Planning Manager (Paris, France). Fixed-term role through January 2027; drive campus relocation and space optimization projects for Beauty & Perfumes Division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead relocation and refit projects on campus sites, including gathering team requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and proposing tailored spatial plans (APS, APD, DCE)
- Coordinate all relocation operations across stakeholders (IT department, external contractors) ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards
- Manage and monitor renovation work through vendor consultation, cost estimation, work supervision, and project reception
- Maintain and update building plans (architectural, occupancy layouts) with continuous accuracy and reliability
- Deploy and track key performance indicators including occupancy rates, microzoning efficiency, and relocation completion metrics
- Oversee furniture inventory and logistics through dedicated management systems; anticipate needs, organize orders, update stock records, and conduct inventories with suppliers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in interior architecture, spatial design, or built environment disciplines
- Mastery of AutoCAD; proficiency with Photoshop and SketchUp preferred
- Significant experience as a space planning project manager with documented expertise in occupied-site relocations
- Demonstrated command of construction processes (CCAP, CCTP, market documentation) and relocation methodology (macro/microzoning)
- Excellent English language proficiency at operational level

Significant professional background as a space planning or facilities project manager with proven success leading relocations in occupied environments. Track record of managing complex multi-stakeholder projects and vendor coordination required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in interior architecture, spatial design, environmental design, or equivalent higher education in built environment disciplines.
