Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the technical architecture of product information management (PIM) systems, including data modelling, API extensibility, and scalable data exposure
• Oversee digital asset management (DAM) architecture encompassing asset ingestion, transformation, and multi-channel delivery, including emerging use cases such as personalization
• Define and support the target technical CMS architecture in anticipation of planned migration projects, oversee migration execution, and drive continuous improvement
• Guarantee the quality, reliability, and performance of product catalogue syndication flows across all digital platforms including e-commerce, retail, and marketplaces
• Establish and enforce integration standards (APIs, data flows, data models) with internal teams and external service providers
• Maintain technical liaison between product content teams, the Data & Analytics division, and external stakeholders to ensure coherence across content and data repositories
• Document and maintain the target architecture, technical standards, and integration decision records
• Ensure solution compliance with cybersecurity standards, data protection regulations, and Group IT policies
• Collaborate on technical arbitration decisions in partnership with the Head of Marketing & Product Content Platforms
• Manage the quality of technical delivery from service providers (PIM, DAM, CMS integrators) and challenge architectural recommendations from vendors and integrators
• Support short- and medium-term strategic initiatives including PIM/DAM/CMS target architecture definition, catalogue syndication reliability enhancement, migration strategy development, technical alignment with the Data & Analytics team, and preparation for emerging AI-driven product catalogue use cases

Qualifications

• Degree in software engineering or systems architecture
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in platform architecture, specifically with PIM/DAM/CMS ecosystems or digital factory environments
• Deep expertise with enterprise PIM platforms (Akeneo preferred), DAM systems (Adobe Assets), and CMS solutions (Sitecore, Adobe AEM)
• Proficiency in integration technologies including REST APIs, ETL workflows, and iPaaS solutions
• Demonstrated ability to manage and evaluate technical delivery from external integrators and service providers
• Strong understanding of product data governance and omnichannel distribution strategies
• Ability to communicate effectively with data teams to ensure repository coherence

Skills

Experience

Minimum 6 years in platform or systems architecture roles, with substantial hands-on experience designing and managing PIM, DAM, and CMS ecosystems. Proven track record in technical leadership of external integrators and vendors. Experience navigating complex digital transformations and multi-vendor technical environments within a luxury or premium brand context is advantageous.

Education

Formal qualification in software engineering, systems architecture, or equivalent professional certification in enterprise architecture.
