Chanel Social Media Intern in Tokyo – support luxury digital engagement and content strategy in this unpaid internship position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the creation and curation of social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Assist in community management and engagement with followers, responding to inquiries and fostering brand dialogue
- Contribute to the planning and execution of social media campaigns aligned with Chanel's global marketing calendar
- Monitor social media analytics and trends to inform content strategy and performance insights
- Support the coordination of influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
- Maintain brand consistency and adherence to Chanel's content guidelines across all digital touchpoints
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree programme in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Demonstrated passion for luxury fashion and understanding of the luxury market
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok
- Excellent written communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms

Experience
No prior professional experience required; however, demonstrated involvement with social media projects, university marketing initiatives, or personal digital content creation is advantageous.
