Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Social Listening & Social Media Project Manager in monitoring and analyzing brand conversations across social platforms for the Fragrance and Beauty division
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media campaign strategies that align with brand positioning and audience engagement objectives
  • Track and report on social media metrics, sentiment analysis, and audience insights using analytics tools and platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, retail, and corporate communications to ensure cohesive messaging across digital channels
  • Monitor competitive social media activity and market trends within the luxury beauty and fragrance sectors
  • Support content calendar planning, scheduling, and publication across social media channels
