Chanel internship: Social Media & Content Project Assistant (Perfume & Beauty), Neuilly-sur-Seine, 6 months, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Measure the efficacy of digital communications through campaign performance reporting and analysis
- Create trend and sector newsletters covering beauty and digital innovation
- Conduct social listening studies to assess Chanel's perception through social media conversations and provide insights to internal teams
- Execute competitive intelligence monitoring across digital channels
- Manage day-to-day social media campaign operations and coordinate deployment across markets
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure on-time campaign launch and optimization
- Participate in social media campaign briefings and strategic planning sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related discipline, or equivalent Master's level study
- Proven knowledge of social media platforms, digital ecosystems, and content strategy
- Demonstrated passion for data analytics, digital trends, and emerging technologies
- Strong French and English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Proficiency with standard business and digital analytics tools
- Familiarity with Asian digital ecosystems is preferred
