Chanel Paris: Fixed-term Social Cost Controller to manage payroll, labor costs, and compensation analysis in Corporate Finance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze social costs and payroll expenditure trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain payroll benchmarking models and forecasts for budget planning
- Coordinate with Human Resources and Finance departments to ensure accuracy in compensation data and reporting
- Prepare detailed reports on labor cost indicators, headcount evolution, and compensation structures
- Support strategic initiatives related to workforce cost optimization and compensation strategy
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and corporate payroll policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
