Chanel Paris: Fixed-term Social Cost Controller to manage payroll, labor costs, and compensation analysis in Corporate Finance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze social costs and payroll expenditure trends to identify optimization opportunities
  • Develop and maintain payroll benchmarking models and forecasts for budget planning
  • Coordinate with Human Resources and Finance departments to ensure accuracy in compensation data and reporting
  • Prepare detailed reports on labor cost indicators, headcount evolution, and compensation structures
  • Support strategic initiatives related to workforce cost optimization and compensation strategy
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and corporate payroll policies

Qualifications
