Chanel is hiring a Skincare Therapist in Singapore to deliver signature facials, advise on skincare and grow client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver signature facial treatments and aesthetic services in accordance with Chanel protocols and treatment menus.
- Perform expert skin analysis, formulate bespoke treatment plans and recommend appropriate skincare regimens.
- Provide personalized product consultations and convert treatment visits into retail sales while meeting individual and store KPIs.
- Maintain pristine treatment rooms and equipment; follow strict hygiene, safety and sanitation procedures.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through post-treatment follow-up, appointment management and clienteling activities.
- Accurately record treatment notes and client histories in the salon/CRM system.
- Collaborate with store and spa teams to support promotional initiatives, events and training sessions.
- Stay current with skincare trends, active ingredients and professional techniques through ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Beauty Therapy, Esthetics or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
- Professional certification or specialised training in facial treatments, advanced skincare or spa therapies preferred.
- Valid right to work in Singapore.
- Up-to-date knowledge of hygiene and safety standards applicable to spa treatments.
- Strong track record of retail conversion and client relationship management in a luxury or premium environment.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering professional facial and skincare treatments in a luxury spa, hotel spa or premium retail environment, with demonstrable retail sales performance and client development.
Education
Diploma or certificate in Beauty Therapy, Esthetics, or equivalent professional training.
